My name is Kisha Xiomara Palmer and I am an equity and inclusive leadership coach and consultant. I support your growth by sharing customized tools, techniques, and frameworks to build your leadership capacity through radically inclusive practices.

I am here to support you in finding and building new ways to utilize your position of leadership to transform systems and grow the ways you are in relationship with yourself and others.
